Levi Nagel

Founding Partner & Managing Member

Levi has been in wealth management since 2003. He was at UBS from 2003 to 2008 and at Citi Smith Barney / Morgan Stanley from 2008 to 2016.

In 2015, OnWallStreet ranked Levi number 2 in the Country in its list of 40-under-40 top wealth advisors.

Levi’s involvement in philanthropy includes the founding of the Nagel Jewish Academy.

His responsibilities in the Fund include approving and overseeing all investments in the Fund.

Ben

Ben Federman

Founding Partner

Ben is a successful entrepreneur and investor. He’s led and grown various technology-commerce companies. Notably, he is the founder of the deal website 1Sale and was responsible for its growth, strategy and execution. Initially operating out of a living room, Ben grew that company to over $100,000,000 in revenues in under 5 years.


In 2015 and 2016 Ben personally acquired minority stakes from shareholders and former employees in mid and late stage private technology companies. He is primarily responsible for investment analysis, research and investment selection for the Fund.


Ben’s work and philanthropy has been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine's young millionaires, Fox Business, CNN Money, and various other media outlets.

Eli

Eli Federman

Founding Partner

Eli has built extensive relationships with former employees, early founders, shareholders and others for acquiring stock in mid to late stage private companies.


Eli is responsible for sourcing attractive investment opportunities, due diligence on prospective investments, counterparty relations and negotiations, issuer relations, and transaction management for the Fund.


Eli’s work on social media, HR, marketing and legal were featured on ABC News, CFO Magazine, Internet Retailer, Yahoo News, CNN Money, the WSJ and elsewhere.


He earned his BA from Marquette University and a law degree from the City University of New York where he served as executive editor of the Law Review.

Isaac

Isaac Rosenfeld

Chief Compliance Officer

Isaac is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s compliance program, liaising with the Fund’s third-party administrator and managing daily operations.

 

Prior to Glean, Isaac was a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he provided analytics for a top-producing Private Wealth Advisor and developed relationships with ultra-high net worth investors.

David

David Tsikman

Associate

David is responsible for reviewing quarterly reports, financial statements, capital calls and waterfall distributions.

 

Prior to Glean, David worked at a boutique CPA firm in Los Angeles, CA.
